- Skkily is not liable for game cancellations due to factors beyond control, and no refunds will be issued.
Failed Account Validation
- Accounts may be suspended if user information cannot be validated, and balances will be refunded to the payment method.
Cancellation of Promotions
- Contests, offers, and promotions may be canceled without notice, but the entry fee will be refunded where applicable.
Voluntary Account Termination
- Users can terminate accounts by emailing. Refunds will be issued minus any bonuses or promotional amounts.
Inactive Account Forfeiture
- Accounts inactive for over 365 days with unused balances will be forfeited if not activated after reminders.
